I like all the staff.They are friendly and accomodating. Pearl Lane is always a place to be everytime i needed a place to stay near on my work place.

Have stay here several times nice small hotel friendly staff close to Robinson mall which is full of good restaurants and stores breakfast is buffet style small selection available which was fine as not big into eating a lot early this hotel is also very quiet

The breakfast buffet
I asked for a coffee cup to drink coffee at 2 am & they have none coz the kitchen is closed but they have a kettle in the room. There should already a coffee cup & a teaspoon available in the room

value for money is great for short stays.
top floor restaurant is great.
hard pillows, but for the price, no complaints. extremely slow (25 minutes) checkout after one night. just unlucky to get the one bad front desk person. all the others were terrific.
